I had my truck washed there, a Chevrolet Avalanche, and their machine ripped off the grey side above the right rear tire. This was a terrible surprise but shortly after seeing the problem they filled out an accident report and told us that they would have the owner call us the next day and he would pay for it. So there seemed to be no problem and we left in shock that it happened, but comforted that it would be delt with quickly. After not hearing from them in two days I gave them a call and only after that did they check on the situation and return my call. When the manager did return my call he informed us that the owner looked at the piece (BIG piece that they kept there because they told us they were paying for the new one) and said that he was not going to pay for it. ***Horrible Experience***
