Review content:
I started paying for lessons and it went well for a short time. After I had been there for a while I started opening my eyes a little more to see what really was going on. The folks running the phones, office, and setting up people for trail rides have no tact. You can't blame them, they are a result of their environment. You go to a hillbilly barn, its going to be ran by hillbillies, there are one or two that have potential. Horses that weren't fan favorites were given a measly flake of food at feeding time, which was usually moldy or had rodent fecal matter. The horses are very skinny underneath their saddles which most people don't see when they arrive. Their horses have an ongoing illness, probably due to the fact that they are washed in ice cold water in the winter after being ran all day long. Not to mention that the owner keeps breeding his dog because they refused to get their male dog fixed. So in about 2 years that poor Catahoula has whelped 5 litters. Collecting a substantial fee for those puppies as well, that aren't papered. They are even aware that there is a def gene in one of the dogs because in the majority of the litters there has been at least one deaf puppy. It's very selfish. I could go on, this is just the tip of the ice burg. If you don't care about animal well being, then disregard my review. But if you would like to see your hard earned cash go to a facility that really puts their hardworking animals first, go elsewhere!!
