Only one word works for this place TERRIBLE!! After going in for a color and cut I came out looking like a rubrics cube. I can not tell you how many shades of color they put in my hair. The answer they gave me was ""It will Fade out!"" After asking for my money back they fought with me telling me it was my fault. Shame on you Sara!!\r

Splashed chemicals into eyes more than once.\r
Wouldn?t talk in front of me, like it wasn?t any of my business.\r
Said that I was being rude.\r
Offered no other form of compensation besides fixing it themselves, and $20 after making sliding comment of box of dye to fix it myself.\r
Tried to end conversation before I could defend myself.\r
Accused me of hair color being my fault although the roots were not dyed or bleached, they were natural.\r
Stylist never called me back, had to only deal with manager.\r
Wouldn?t let me choose my own color, when I tried to get involved, they ended up making the decision themselves. \r
The front of my hair was dyed first then too dark, and they were going to make me pay for their mistake with a wash but told me that I didn?t have to. \r
Said the color would fade, but is irrelevant since the color is red and will fade red, as explained to me by another stylist.
