Don't know what this other reviewer is talking about. These guys have only been in business since 2005 so he obviously is talking about a different laundromat than the one on the corner of Post and Hyde. This place rocks! At times I do my own laundry, other times I have them do it. I do remember having one problem there though, a couple of years ago. I accidentally left my pen in my cargo pants and they washed it. Of course my pants were ruined. Totally my fault, yet they offered to replace the pants even though it was against their policy (the customer is responsible to remove any foreign items from the clothing) Of course I said no since it was my fault but it was nice to see that they were offering. This is one of the reasons I come back again and again. They are very clean, always have staff in the store, their machines always work flawlessly and they are always busy with both wash and fluff customers and quarter customers. They're priced right and always have given me great service. But don't believe everything you read. Do a load there and feel what I'm talking about. I'm pretty sure they haven't had a successful business for over 5 years by ruining or losing their customers clothes, that's for sure!
