We have used Medi since we were first-time homeowners in Santa Clara back in 2003. \r

Medi is fast, responsive, turns even the scary carpet into a thing of beauty, and is affordable. He is such a find for us--we wear our shoes inside the house, have a cat, and a three-year old son--so our carpets get pretty thrashed. \r

Medi has flexible work hours and is there for us in a pinch--on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. He's turned carpet we thought we had to throw out into beautiful, white carpet. He's also taken upholstered couches we thought we had to reupholster or throw out and cleaned them sparkling clean. The service he provides is unparalled. He kept our carpets nice and clean while our home was on the market.\r

He's taken out stains we never thought would come out. We have recently moved to Mountain View and we are about to call Medi to come take care of our carpets here, too. We just love Medi! He has become a part of our extended family.
