I love this cafe. It's cozy in the winter with the fireplace and for the warmer months, there's a shaded patio. The neighborhood is up and coming with new homes and historical ones that have been remodeled, just a few blocks northeast of Methodist Hospital. The decor is sleek/ modern with quiet jazz playing and the owners are very friendly.
I usually order a Tomato Treat Melt (extra pesto) with potato salad and lettuce greens. They offer a variety of sandwiches, deli/grilled and have a huge selection of teas, both hot and iced. Highly recommended lunch destination.
