I can always expect a bright face and smile at Xiu Xian Tea Shop in Kent! The staff is more than friendly and willing to help. The knowledge of the employees about the many different teas that are available is more than adequate. And the Tea selection is great! Over the past year I have become a tea enthusiast and a large part is due the friendly staff taking the time to show me the basics of tea!\r

Something to consider... A more modern ambience. Store layout should be more inviting to customers (i.e. more tables) and I would like to hear more tranquil music/sounds in the shop on a consistent basis.\r
