I've been going to the Kaldi's in Clayton on DeMun for over a decade now and when they opened the Kirkwood and Chesterfield locations I decided to try them out. I was very disapointed by the disrespectful staff and the lack of flexibility with items on the menu. Also the fake brick wall treatment and the huge frightening picasso-esque paintings on the wall seemed very out of place. Would reccomend visiting the DeMun store instead.
Pros: Convenient location for people living in the Kirkwood area
Cons: poor service, lack of ample free parking
