Review content:
As the Director of Operations for Showhomes, I wanted to also add that when the home SOLD we made sure the home was left spotless and clean and the lawn service that the home manager did not pay for the last 7 weeks was paid in full. We even went the extra mile and took care of some minor repairs that were pre-existing at the time of move in just to help everyone out. We do not want a home to ever suffer as a result of being one of our Showhomes. We want to leave a home in the same or better condition than when we received it and in this case we did just that so everyone, including the house, was squared away at closing time.
