I am giving this shop 1 star simply because giving it none is not an option. I have visited this shop several times now, and find it to contain the most unfriendly and unhelpful shopkeepers I have ever met. Both times I have come in with questions and hoping to buy materials, and both times I have been completely ignored and/or practically insulted by the staff. Each time I was the only patron in the store, and my presence was not even acknowledged. I will not be visiting this shop again. I find it a bit ironic that their “main goal is to teach, promote, and preserve the passion,” yet they don’t have the decency to even greet their potential customers.
