Review content:
All staff members are very courteous and friendly. Very clean business with a HUGE inventory. I was very impressed until I purchased my product. I will not say names out of respect, but I decided to purchase an ATV one day and saw one I fell in love with in the showroom. I've bought ATV's and bikes before. I knew the routine. I talked with the sales rep about the quad and expressed my love for the larger tires and wheels that were on it. We talked for over half an hour about wheel options. I told him I'd take it as is with the larger aggressive tires that were on it. I told him I also wanted a plow and winch for snow removal. We then talked price. I saw no paper with itemizations. Just a verbal number. I said I'd be in the next day to pick up THAT bike with my accessories added for that price. I showed up, signed the papers, and the other sales rep pulls up the quad I bought. Right bike, right plow, right winch, WRONG tires/rims. After 24hrs of anticipation I immediately said ""where are my tires/rims I paid for?"" There response was that those were 1K more and wasn't part of the agreed price. Shame on me for not doing my homework. I thought that when you tell a sales rep you want the product as is, and strike up a 30 minute conversation about the wheels that when he gives you a price it's included. Or if it isn't, at least they should say, ""ya know we talked about the wheels/tires out on the floor. Those are extra $$$ are you still interested?"" Not one word. To make matters worse, I had already bought the bike and they ignored my frustrations. Not once, twice, but three times. Call it miscommunication, that stuff does happen, but I was ignored like yesterday's newspaper after they got there $8,000.00. No attempt to comfort my anger at all. Make sure you know what you're buying EXACTLY. And before you sign papers ask to see what you are actually signing for. They might strip parts off of your purchase. I will not be back at all. They lost another sale from me as I will be purchasing a snowmobile this weekend. Good Luck
