Tracie cured my year of serious back pain in a few weeks of serious work, and has kept it at bay for over a year. This was after a visit to a back surgeon (who recommended PT and/or Pilates before considering surgery), two physical therapists and a course of accupunture. \r

Tracie does this with what seem to be x-ray eyes as she directs your progress into Pilates. What she doesn't know intuitively she researches and figures out, which indicates how seriously and individually she takes her work. \r

I can't say enough about Tracie. Go see her!
Pros: Tracie is great.
Cons: It's addictive.
