One spring morning I planted four poppy plants in my yard hoping they would grow to be beautiful over the next few weeks. Cut to two days later when the landscapers come to mow the lawn and do some weeding, the put black mulch all over my newly planted poppies! Are you not a landscaper/gardener? Do you not know the difference between a plant and a weed?!?! My four poppy plants are now withered and dead after being completely covered by the mulch. There is NO CHANCE OF SURVIVAL. I called to voice my concern and to ask for a reimbursement of sorts and was told ""We no reimburse! We will fix."" Well, it's been over a week and my plants are still dead and nothing has been done. After another call by my housemate we were met with disappointment yet again. She was explaining the situation and had trouble understanding the owner and asked if there was someone who spoke more clear English. She was told ""You talk too much!"" and was hung up on. Hello!? We have a grievance with your company. You did shoddy work and we want it fixed! What a waste of my time and money on my plants. I am disappointed and will do everything I can to let others know how HORRIBLE this company is with the way they conduct their business. Good luck, P & C. You'll need it.
