I was told the wedding dress I was purchasing was a one of a kind custom dress. The dress had no labels inside and I was told it retailed over $3000,00 but If I bought the sample it would be $1400.00 plus tax= over $1600 ( without alterations) I took my dress to another seamstress and when she was altering it she found a tag inside I guess that Bridal Accent forgot to cut out. To my surprise this dress was not a custom made dress, but a name dress called Anjolique and brand new sold for around $800- 950 depending on where you go BRAND NEW! Never buy a sample dress, I am having such difficulty with it, it was missing beads and it will cost me over $150 to have it cleaned, even though Jill the owner said it was a new sample. I have never felt so taken advantage of in my life. I had called the owner when I found out the dress style and she was rude and said that she would do nothing for me. She also said that she never told me it was a custom dress even though I had a witness with me. I would never have purchased this dress if I knew it was not custom. I will be filing a suit with the BBB, the DA, and if need be my lawyer on retainer. I will also let every wedding website and wedding board never to shop here. In the end I hope this dress fits like a dream when my seamstress is done, but in the back of my mind always I will feel completely ripped off from Jill. In conclusion never shop here, unless you like being lied to and having someone steal your mone
