I love sushi and japanese food. I've been to almost every single japanese restaurant in the triangle. Waraji is your best and safest bet. The service can be sketchy sometimes but not often. They have good quality sushi and food that are almost always very consistant. Probably the only place I recommend at any given time. There are other places in town that are great...but not always. To me consistant good quality food is the most important thing in a restaurant. Especially sushi restaurants.
Pros: Good consistant quality food and service at a reasonable price.
Cons: Nothing really. Maybe the wait on food and service at busy hours.
