Their public relations is severly lacking in common courtesy. Called to get some travel ideas and packages. Person who answered was the owner..who wouln't even give an insight off the top of her head...Just rudely told me, "" if you're not going to pay us, I'm not going to do the leg work"". Called other agencies who were more than happy to offer their advice...and then booked through them. \r
