Businiess name:  Barbara's Hallmark

Review content:
They have extremely fun holiday items and are usually very nice and helpful. However, if you try to call an hour before close you might get a quick and rude blow-you-off response and another associate yelling in the background about how ridiculous it is for customers to call at that hour. It was extremely disappointing since I was only asking about whether applications are processed online or in the store. Since it is such a wonderful little store I thought working there would be great but after a harsh interruption of ""Not even hiring,"" I feel that their phone customer service is lacking. I was not looking to be hired over the phone, just wanted some friendly advice on their application method. Since the associate in the background was not even aware if I was or was not a customer calling about a product, I'm not sure why she got so upset. This does not stop me from loving Hallmark, just turns me away from Barbara's Hallmark.
