Review content:
Rage Management is one of the worst property management companies out there. Aside from never coming out to cut the lawn, shovel snow and provide halfway decent landscaping, they never answer their phone! They say they are there from 9-5 Monday thru Friday, but regardless of what time or day I call, I never get a hold of a live person. You have to leave a message and wait for a phone call to never be returned. It is as if they know how bad they are and how unhappy their customers are with them, they just ignore you and take your money every month. \r

I have lived in my townhome for a year and regardless of how many messages I leave about how my lawn has been dead since day one, they have yet to come out and replace the sod (or even acknowledge my messages). In the winter, they use a bobcat to remove the snow on driveways and scratched the asphalt up. It is ridiculous that I am paying for them to damage the outside of my home. If you can avoid using them, I would highly suggest it. \r

Cons: No responses to complaints, very poor service
