Review content:
Daughter's car broke down in Painesville area. Being from Massachusetts my daughter did not know where to have the car repaired. I went on line from Mass. and found the listing for NE Automotive. After talking to the owner. He told me he would take care of the problem.
To make matters worse, my daughter had lost the keys to the car. NE Automotive had to make arrangements with a locksmith to get into the car and have several keys made.
After inspecting the car. it was found to only need a minor repair. This company could have taken advantage of my situation and charge me for services that did not have to be done.
I informed my daughter that while she is attending school in the Painseville area that Northeast Automotive is the only place to go to have her car serviced.
