I recently used Serenity Movers to do a rather large move. In sum, they really put me at ease, starting with the fact that they sent a person to conduct an estimate which really was necessary. Other companies gave estimates over the phone, which were also by the hour. Serenity movers provided a flat rate, and also worked with my schedule and budget. The movers were very careful to wrap things thoroughly, strategy fit everything in the truck, and even took care of dumping, so I avoided hefty fees in fines from my town's sanitation inspector. I would highly recommend these movers and will be sure to use them going forward. I've never had such a pleasant experience before in such a potentially stressful situation.
