They dropped our wedding reservation because they could make more money on the prom.\r
We were told they would call the day before to confirm, I called a week before and found out we no longer had a reservation, but they still had our credit card information.\r
And we have issues getting them to talk to us.
Pros: They were nice when we booked
Cons: they drop reservations if they can get more money and wont call you back
