I bought a gun from them and had to return it and they tried to charge me $100 for a restocking fee when the gun never crossed the counter into my possession. It was well overpriced compared to other local stores. I ended up buying it from Outdoor Emporium for about $80 less with great customer service.
He referred to a sign in the store that said ""$50 fee for background checks"". I am sure the government doesn't charge them for background checks. You don't get your money back right away either. You have to wait for the owner to cut you a check whenever they feel like it. I had the manager of the store initial my refund receipt and they still shorted me $50 which I just took up with my bank to resolve. I will NEVER EVER step foot in this place again. I even agreed to pay the $50 re-stocking fee of a gun that took over two weeks to transfer from South Center to Lake City. I called them about 5-6 times asking for updates instead of them calling me saying sorry for the delay. Consider yourself warned and the ""Discount"" in their name is a gimmick. Do yourself a favor and shop around but not in there.
