Miguel and Kyle did a terrific job. Miguel's been with the company for several years and it's clear he loves his work. He explained everything and did a demonstration on a stain I've used EVERYTHING to try to remove. It was gone in an instant. The amazing thing is that this is a dry process and we could walk on the carpet the moment they were finished, so we didn't have to leave the house at all. The price was a bit higher than the estimate--I would go with their square footage price instead of the number of rooms price for greater accuracy. The carpets look great. . . except for one brand new stain that did not come out. The company called today to be sure I was happy with their service and suggested how I can try treating the stain with their product (which they gave us, since the price was higher than the estimate). I'm trying that right now and they want me to call back to let them know how it goes. I'm very impressed with their customer service and their product.
Pros: Fantastic customer service, instantly dry carpet, non toxic product. Got rid of lots of old stains.
Cons: One stain did not come out.
