first of all i have 2 dogs that love to get their muddy feet all over my light tan carpets. when Miguel cleaned a small portion of the carpet as an example, i already knew the whole floor was going to look great. i really cannot find one spot that was on the carpet before. Miguel and his partner showed up on time, were courteous and professional, and did a great job on the 4 rooms, 2 staircases, and 1 hallway. the house still smells wonderful 36 hours later. i would highly recommend carpet dry clean - in fact i already have!!
Pros: promptness, professionalism, very clean carpets, great clean smell, sanitized
Cons: pricey (but worth it!!)
