I thought for sure that, given all the good reviews, that this would be a good experience. I was sadly mistaken. What a joke. The guys come in and sprinkle some white sh!t on the carpet, rake it a little, vacuum, and leave. They didn't move any furniture like was advertised. For the very few soiled spots on my carpet, they said it would disappear in a day or two. They didn't... of course. I shouldn't have fallen for that nonsense. On top of that, it cost me over $600 for 4 bedrooms, a bonus room, and a couple rugs. I'm disappointed but go ahead and follow the masses.
