I had seen the trucks driving around the raleigh area and decided to call this week to see if they could accommodate me sometime this week or next before christmas the man i spoke with was very personable and stated that would be no problem i believe i had called on tues and we set up an appointment for the upcoming Saturday, I explained that because i had heavy furniture it would probably be in their best interest to send 2 people as it would be a difficult task at best. They were scheduled for 2:30 pm and called about 20 minutes prior to say they would be about 25 minutes late, no problem, they arrived at the allotted time they had mentioned, they were very pleasant and introduced themselves, altho my memory is bad so i only remember the older man's name miquel but both were very polite . They explained their product gave me a test demonstration and continued. The carpets had numerous coffee stains, tea , and orange juice and who knows what as the garbage leaked as we were taking it downstairs . I was hesitant at first thinking how could you clean a carpet dry clean with no water , but alas, they did it and it is wonderful it is back to its original color which is cream color, yea probably a poor choice if you have children but we don't so it really is nice... I would definately use their service again and i would only ask for miquel and his helper to come out.. they were pleasant and very service oriented.. If all businesses were run like this perhaps the american based companies would fair out better.
