Unlike other carpet cleaning services, no water is used. Instead, they use a dry powder which we are told is organic, safe for children and pets, and sanitizes the carpet by removing bacteria. I walked on the carpet in my bare feet minutes after they were finished, and there's nothing wet about it. Also, this product does not strip your carpet of its stain-resistance unlike steam cleaning. \r

Miguel and Vance were extremely nice and friendly, showed us how the product worked, arrived on time, and were extremely efficient. They were done in about an hour and a half. \r

This is hands-down the best carpet cleaning experience we have had, and it was very economical and well-worth it. Our carpets look brand new, our pet stains came out, and they smell, feel, and look terrific. \r

In an environment where customer service, quality, and economical price are all rare individually, we got them all with one great company. Terrific, friendly employees.
