A month ago I spent a lot of money with Stanley Steamers and they left my carpet feeling icky and grungy and icky.. and the carpet was better off before they ever stepped into my home! I knew I needed someone to come and clean whatever solutions they left on my carpet that had them feeling so disgusting!!! I came to City Search and saw almost 600 feedbacks, so let's be serious... try someone else? NO! I'm upset I'm not the 600th 5 star review.. I wanted to be. Jose and Jose came to my house. SMILING, HAPPY, FRIENDLY and if I owned a company I would want them on my team... absolutely superb and I will have them back to my home again. As for the dry cleaning of my carpet, it was fantastic. Not wet, not sticky, and although not every old dog pet stain came up, 75% did and I could not be happier. Some were a year old from a sick dog, so I didn't expect a miracle, but let me tell you how it feels... because that's key. The grunge is GONE. The sticky solution is GONE. My carpet is DRY. My carpet is CLEAN. My carpet smells NICE. I am so very happy that I will definitely ask for Jose and Jose to come to my house again. AND YES, this is why they have so many positive feedbacks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !
Pros: Dry carpet when they are done. Never wet and no chances of mold or mildew.
Cons: Expensive. Definitely not a cheap experience, but for me it was worth it.
