Review content:
We have used this service twice now and highly recommend it. Even though we vacuum weekly, our carpets will become dirty, especially in areas with heavy traffic. The team that comes out is very courteous and professional. I should add that they are thorough (this time it was Elmer and Weng). The system is organic, using microsponges which are brushed thoroughly into and up from the carpet, and then they are vacuumed away along with the dirt. Thus it is a drycleaning method without chemicals--and the carpets look like new after the process. The cleaners even leave a pint of the sponges with you for spots that are created later. We can't say enough about the quality work that Elmer and Weng do.
