Victor and his crew did a nice job on my carpets. They were able to remove some stains, one of which was not small and was in a rather obvious place. Initially, my carpet looked practically brand new, but I quickly realized that's b/c their vacuum had caused all of the strands to stand up straight. After walking on it, the carpet is back to looking as I would expect. That's not to say I wasn't happy with the work the guys did. My whole house smelled good and the slight dog odor that is what really provoked me to have my carpets cleaned is gone. I would indeed consider using Carpet Dry Clean again and have already recommended them to a friend.
Pros: Removed stains, house smelled nice for a couple days without dog smell
Cons: When I vacuum, there is still residue (from the organic substance they use) in my carpet. I suspect vacuuming a couple times will remedy that, though.
