Good service from start to finish. I first called to check on prices, then I called back about a half hour later to schedule an appointment. Both calls were made after 6 pm and I talked with an actual person both times. I was able to schedule an appointment for a few days later. They arrived on time and was done in just a couple of hours. Our carpets look great! I suffer from allergies to dust mites, and I noticed an improvement in my breathing the next day. They were able to get up all of the stains except one. We bought some of the chemical they use to clean the carpets and saturated the remaining stain for 24 hours. Some of the stain came up, and I figure if we apply it a few more times, we might be able to get it all up. The men were very freindly and worked hard the whole time. We will be using them again.
