My appointment was scheduled for anytime between 4pm -and 6pm. Their rep called me promptly at 3:30pm to let me know he was already on his way and told me not to worry or rush if I wasn't ready yet, he was just giving me a courtesy call. This was an excellent start to the day. Some companies will wait until they are already late for your appointment to call and tell you they aren't going to make their time frame, so this was pretty impressive.
Their serviceman arrived on time, came into my house and took detailed measurements, provided an accurate quote, gave me a thorough demonstration and answered all the questions I had before getting to work. He did all of this in just 90 minutes. The process and procedure was executed exactly as it was described to me by the company's phone rep who I made my appointment with. No surprises, no curveballs... strictly business... and good business.
Even though I was his last appointment of the day, he never once made me feel rushed or acted like he was in a rush, he took his time and made sure the job was done right.
My carpets looked brand new after he finished, yes BRAND NEW. They were just over a year old, but were still pretty heavily soiled. I was expecting the carpets to be restored to maybe 75 or 80% of their original form, so I was just about blown away when I saw the results, they were almost back to 100%... and he didn't even use any WATER.
I'll be passing out this company's business cards to all of my friends.
Pros: carpets are immediately dry, very personable reps, on time
