I can't begin to tell how how great these folks and their service are. I have an all white carpet. One of my cats knocked over a potted plant (newly watered), so I had a couple of quarts of wet soil on the carpet. Elmer's team was FANTASTIC. They got the whole 4' x 4' mess up, an amazing feat! They were on time, professional, and the clean-up done after the carpet was cleaned was even better than the last time the company was here. NO NEED to go elsewhere, folks. This company is tops.
