What a totally professional experience! Carpet Dryclean cleaned my carpet yesterday, and I am thrilled and completely satisfied! From my first telephone contact on Tuesday, I was treated with respect by everyone connected with the company. They were able to schedule me for service the very next day! Joe and the gentleman working with him arrived on time, explained the process to me, confirmed my measurements, and got right to work! They were thorough, worked diligently to eliminate even the toughest of stains, and asked me to check their work several times to insure that I was satisfied. My carpet has not looked this good since it was installed 6 years ago. Since my measurements were, for the most part, accurate, the cost of the cleaning matched the estimate; in fact, it was a bit less than I had anticipated. Joe cleaned a bit of the older carper in my upstairs hall when he did the steps, and I was amazed at how much that 20 year old carpet cleaned up. You can bet we'll be contacting them soon to come back and clean the upstairs carpet as well! I recommend Carpet Dryclean withour reservation!
