We had a drain pipe break behind the refrigerator in our kitchen that manifested in breaking through the drywall and into the carpet in one of our clothes closets. This left a foul smelling water stain that needed to be professionally cleaned. I had one company out to do the job, but was not to my satisfaction. The plumbing company that caused this problem when putting new pipes in the house, agreed to send another cleaning company out that they assured us would be able to get this stain out. \r

From the minute that the two gentlemen with Carpet Dryclean came to the door, I felt confident that they would get the job done. They were in uniform with their names clearly scripted on their shirts (Carlo and Marlon). Carlo explained what they would be doing and proceeded to get the job done within a reasonable time. I appreciated his honesty in letting me know that being that we have Bourber carpet, the shade of the carpet may not be uniform when it dries, but guaranteed that the musty smell would be gone. I was pleased with their professionaism and would highly recommend them. They were even courteous enough to ask to use the bathroom instead of just assuming that they could. Since the plumbing company picked up the bill, I can't speak to how their prices compare to other similar companies, but they do quality work.
