Carlo and crew did a fantastic job on our carpets. They cleaned our family room, main stairway, and upstairs living area (4 bedrooms, office, main hallways) in under three hours. They were extremely professional, amazingly unobtrusive, and very, very personable. They explained the cleaning process and performed a walk-thru of our carpets prior to the start of cleaning. I was able to ask questions, and point out stains/heavy traffic areas, etc., with them before they began. The end result is that our carpets look wonderful, we were able to walk on them immediately, and the overall cost of service was very fair. I will definitely be recommending Carpet Dryclean, and will absolutely use them again in the future.
