Vance did an incredible job! The carpet in our rental townhouse is old, old berber carpet and the previous tenant was a heavy smoker. With the addition of two cats, i thought we would never be able to walk around barefoot AND get the smell out. Vance explained the benefits that the drycleaning process has over regular steam cleaning on berber carpet since the carpet is more dense and absorps water more rapidly than regular woven-type carpet. We now have no trace of pet hair OR stale cigarette smoke and all old stains were removed. I will never have my carpet steam cleaned again!!!! Dryclean is definitely the way to go!
