After undergoing a major remodeling job in my home, I found that after I moved my displaced furniture back into its original location that an area rug and the steps to our upstairs were in need of their own ""update."" I had a friend send me a discount coupon for Carpet Dryclean and decided that the ""dry"" part of the cleaning service sounded great because I was told there would be no ""downtime"" for using my carpets after the cleaners left my home -- for this I was thrilled, a work crew was going to come into my home and leave me with the ability to immediately take back over my space! In addition, I have a pet and the need to use pet friendly materials was also important to me! \r

I want to congratulate Carpet Dryclean for their excellent customer service because good customer service is hard to find. The team of workers showed up when they said they would, they went to work promptly and they finished in the amount of time they said they would. I was left with refreshingly clean carpets that I could use immediately!!!! Thank You Carpet Dryclean!!!!!!!
