I called for an appointment and the office was extremely kind and personable. They called AHEAD of time to verify my insurance and when I arrived they had me in a room within 10 minutes. Once in the room, I decided to check my e-mail from my phone but sisn't even have time to read the 1st one before Dr. Ermac was knocking at the door. He came in, SUPER extroverted and friendly! He introduced himelf, pulled up a chair and talked to me like we'd known each other forever. He had GREAT people skills and maintained eye contact the entire time, unlike some doctors who stare at the paperwork the entire time. He carried on a conversation, making me feel really comfortable and actually listened to me as oppose to waiting for me to stop talking so he could talk or talking over me. Once our conversation had taken it's course he walked out for 5 seconds before returning with my prescription HIMSELF. He was EXTREMELY informative and spoke in terms I could understand as a person not in the medical field. After all my wuestions were answered, he personally walked me back to the front, introducing me to his fellow doctors in passing. I would refer ANYONE to him as he is THE BEST doctor I have EVER seen and I will never go to another again unless ABSOLUTELY necessary! \r
