This ""team"" looked a bit scary from the beginning: odd demeaner, dirty inappearance, no communication skills- spoke in 2-3 word sentences. \r
They just started; I had to stop them and ask exactly what their plan was, at which point they pretended to look over it and make a ""decision"" as to their approach on my couch. They already had their equip in my house and didn't change what they intended on doing, which was pretending to clean. \r
I didn't want to hover and watch their every move, but when I would check back, I would point out multiple spots they said were clean, but had VISIBLE areas of dirt. I couldn't believe it. When they said they were done, there were areas that weren't even damp, as if they hadn't even touched the areas. They were angry that I pointed out these areas, which I did very politely and diplomatically, one guy got payment from my husband while the other guy ""explained"" himself; they loaded their equip up, and said it would be better once it was dry, and simply walked out of the door. \r
Wiped it down when they left and removed visible dirt without scrubbing. Called them and let them know it was unacceptable (on a voicemail, since now they don't answer). I' ve not heard from them since.\r
Very disgusted as I've used other professional services and have never experienced this. Recently new to the area so couldn't used old reliables and must find new ones; Morgon's Chem Dry will not be one.
Pros: Answered phone until I voiced disappointment (no answer now)
Cons: Poor cleaning; unprofessional in speech & appearance
