FIRST LET ME SAY I READ THE OTHER COMPLANTS AND STILL GAVE IT A FAIR CHANCE.... DONT GOT HERE!! WHEN ME AND MY SON (WHO IS SIX YEARS OLD) WENT HERE THAY HAD THE TV ON WITH STUFF KIDS SHOULDNT SEE, I CHANGED IT. WE WAITED FOR ABOUT A HALF HR. NOT TO BAD. JESSICA THE OFFICE ASSISTANT WAS VERY NICE TO US BUT A MOM AND A CHILD CAME IN AND ASKED TO USE THE REST ROOM JESSICA ASKED IF THAY WERE PATENTS THERE THE MOM SAID NO, THE OFFICE SAID NO YOU CANT USE OUR BATHROOM. MEAN WHILE TWO PATENTS ARE AT THE DESK I CAN HEAR EVERYTHING THAY ARE SAYING INCLUDING HOW MUCH THAY OWE. THEN THE ASSISTANT CAME OUT AND CALLED MY SON. SHE TOLD ME IM GOING TO TAKE XRAYS AND WE DO NOT LET THE PARENTS BACK . I SAID OKAY. THE ASIAN WOMEN BEHIND THE COUNTER TOLD ME I COULD GO BACK AFTER THE XRAY. ABOUT 20MINS GO BY AND NOTHING. SO I STOOD UP. THEN SHE ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO GO BACK. I SAID YES. SHE POINTED THE WAY. THE ASSISTANT WAS ALL READY WORKING ON MY SONS MOUTH. I WAS UPSET AND SAID I THOUGHT YOU GOING TO COME GET ME AFTER THE XRAY (SHE HEARD THE FRONT DESK TELL ME I COULD GO BACK AFTER THE XRAY) SHE SAID I NEVER TOLD YOU THAT , YOUR NOT ALOUD BACK HERE AT ALL ITS OUR POLICY. THEN THE DR CAME IN AND HE WAS VERY RUDE AND IN A RUSH. HE ASKED MY SON WHERE DO YOUR TEETH HURT? WELL HE NEVER SAID ANYTHING ANOUT HIS TEETH HURTING THE DR WAS LEADING HIM TO SAY THAY WERE. SOOO IF YOU WANT YOUR KIDS TO HAVE A BAD EXPERINCE GO HERE. MY SON USE TO LIKE GOING TO THE DENTIST.
