I had my car washed at Sherman Oaks Car Wash recently, (Feb 3, 2007), and the service was absolutely horrific. After my Subaru Forester was ran through the wash, it sat forlornly in the parking lot for at least 25 minutes without a single attendant lifting a finger to dry the car, wash the windows, etc. while every other BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar, and Lexus was dried and detailed as soon as it came out of the wash. I finally asked the manager when anyone was going to work on my car, he yelled something unitelligible to some of the workers, and they shrugged their shoulders and stared at him as if he had just stepped off the planet Mars....I was so mad, I told the manager that this was the last time I would ever come there. He replied, ""Well, OK , whatever"" and walked away. No apology, no ""I'll get someone right on it"", no nuthin'\r \r Their total, complete and utter lack of respect for my value as a customer was abolutely astounding. If you need a good car wash in Sherman Oaks, try Handy J Car Wash, not Sherman Oaks Car Wash - the customer service is really, REALLY bad!!! Pros: Actual soap and water used, car was washed Cons: Bad service, long wait, surly manager
