I have been to this car wash a few times and never has the customer service been even remotely satisfactory, but yesterday was an all-time low. They got deep pen marks (Long lines) all over my drivers seat. Of course, they denied any part of it, claimed they don't keep pens in their pockets (but they do--they write down our orders with pens). This is a 3 week old car, I know every little speck of dust on this car, and I absolutely knew there was NO pen marks on my seat when I left the car in their hands 15 minutes earlier. \r

luckily, I do have insurance, however they didn't apologize, nor did they take responsibility in any way..You can't ever prove these things so I just left after trying to talk to a manager. I will NEVER go back and I highly suggest others run far from this place. My husband actually thought the pen marks looked deliberate as they were very deep and dark and way too accurate. Perhaps they were mad because I asked them to wipe down my dash board this time too????
Cons: Horrible service, horrible management, very unsafe for your car!
