This cabinet shop can do anything. While in the workshop looking over the beautiful, expertly-made fireplace bookshelves and cabinets they were constructing for our house, I saw an amazing set of cabinets they had crafted for a local designer's office. The shop had copied the design from a photo the designer had shown them. The stand-alone cabinets had rounded fronts and gorgeous detailing, and a beautifully nuanced finish color. For our project we didn't have a photo, but James Henry, the owner, was very careful to ensure that he had our design correct before he started work, and did a great job of distressing our finish afterwards. Our cabinets' hardware is top-notch---soft-close drawers and doors and the best sort of smooth operation. The shop has also done remedial work in the kitchen, which needed a lot of help even though our house is new: They have reworked drawer and door hardware, straightened or replaced warped fronts and doors, and constructed new dishwasher panels, matching exactly our custom cabinet paint and distressing. James is quiet and easy to work with and really, really cares about his work. Prices are very reasonable. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
