The only thing that touches Red Roof BBQ's meat is smoke and the chef's tender cookin' hands. If you've been looking for mouth watering BBQ then you just found it! The pork was yummy and moist. The tender ribs just slide off the bone as you eat them. Remember to order at least one side dish like the cold slaw, potato salad or baked beans. You will not be disappointed.
Red Roof BBQ is located at 1690 South Memorial Drive (Hwy 31) in Prattville. That's just before the bridge and across the street from Corky's Homes!
