WELL I BEEN WITH RELIANT FOR ONE YEAR AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM..BUT I DO KNOW THAT EVERYTIME I HAVE A QUESTION OR NEED AN ADDRESS TO SENT A PAYMENT THE GIRLS THAT WORK THERE ARE REALLY REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL....I FEEL LIKE THE HATE THEIR JOB IVE NEVER BEEN LATE ON A PAYMENT....I ALWAYS PAY IT AT WALMART BUT IS A 10 DOLLAR CHARGE EVERYTIME SO LATELY IVE BEEN SENDING A CHECK LIKE TWO WEEKS BEFORE MY CAR PAYMENT IS DUE BECAUSE I READ SOME BAD REVIEWS SAYING THAT THE CHECKS SEEM TO GET LOST WHEN YOU MAIL THEM AND YOU GET CHARGE A LATE FEE,,, WELL THAT HASNT HAPPEN TO ME BUT I HOPE IT NEVER DOES SINCE NOW I DECIDED TO SENT CHECKS AND SAVE MONEY IN MAKING A PAYMENT AT WALMART,,,, WELL ALSO FOR THOSE THAT GOT A CAR REPO BY THEM YOU SHOULD GET A LAWYER BECAUSE BY LAW THEY CANT PICK UP YOUR BECAUSE YOU WERE LATE COUPLE DAYS OR EVEN A MONTH READ THE LAWS PEOPLE AND KNOW YOUR RIGHTS ALSO ONE THING I DO HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THEM IS THAT WE SHOULD ALL BE THANKFUL THAT THEY GAVE US AN OPPORTUNITY TO FINANCE A CAR ESPECIALLY IF WE HAD A BAD CREDIT HISTORY..;)
