We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. I had been a member here for about a year. I hadn't been able to come in for over 4 months due to a change in my work schedule. It was no longer convenient for me. I wanted to pause my membership for another two months as I would be travelling extensively and was told that wasn't an option. So before the end of February I came in and signed their little white form saying I was cancelling. I even made a point to state to the two employees at the desk (both were nice, now I know why) that I was making sure I wouldn't get charged YET another month. HA! Guess what? CHARGED my card YET AGAIN! When I called to complain I was told it takes 30 days to work out of their system. Convenient. I described to the person on the phone the two people I talked to and told him I had told them I didn't want to be charged again either. He said that one of the guys was the OWNER!! NICE BUSINESS PRACTICE OWNER! Classy not to conveniently tell me that I would be charged regardless. What will you be telling me as an excuse next month?
