Review content:
if you are 75 years old.\r This city has one of the oldest populations there, and despite the fact that they are located close to a university most of the population does not know how to read or write. I felt like was getting older by the second just by being there. These ""people"" (and I am being generous by calling these Neanderthals people) lack basic common courtesies. They interrupt you while you speak and when they do their breath smells like natural light and Velveeta. About 75% of the population is missing at least one tooth and 97% of people above 30 years of age have a third grade education. I know their city is all about nature but for God's sake take a shower. I can honestly say I'd rather live under a major highway than in that appalling mistake for a city.
