6-13-08 Newspapers in Dallas indicate that a man found a dumpster full of old Claim files in Richardson, Texas handled by Texas Insurance Claims Service showing insured's names, social security numbers, addresses, photos of their homes and cars. Their spokesperson indicated that they are only required to keep the files for a few years and then they can dispose of them. Dispose of them means shredd them to anyone who has worked with confidential files of any sort. So much for the professionalism of this group. Insured's and Insurance Companies beware.
Cons: Texas Insurance Claims Service helps identity thieves obtain your identity with very little effort.
