Review content:
We took the dinner cruise early June 2008 with a 3 and 7 year old. Tight eating arrangements, but it works. We were afraid the boys would get bored and we would be trapped; didn't happen. Dinner buffet is average and family photo is taken before boarding the boat. The experience of the river was great. Captain invites children to visit him and watch him drive the boat. The rails are wire mesh, so no climbing issues for kids, but they still shouldn't be left alone. Find a good spot right after dinner outside to watch the drive back to the dock, unless your family wants to dance. Easy walking distance from Courtyard Marriott and Residence Inn hotels. Also, take small stroller for walk to the dock; no room for folding a big stroller. Dress is shorts to formals. Biggest complaint...boat turned around to pick up 2 people who were late boarding!
Pros: Easy access from downtown hotels.
Cons: Tight eating experience.
